To keep your leather in top condition, we recommend conditioning it approximately 3 times per year using our Tanner Hide Leather Works Hide Balm or with a leather conditioner of your choice.

Here’s how:

1. Clean the leather with a lightly damp cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Remember, never fully wet your leather!

2. Apply Hide Balm (or other leather conditioner) to your item using a t-shirt or other soft cloth.

3. Rub in a circular motion to work the conditioner into the leather.

We choose the best materials available for all our items, but with daily use, the paint on our button snaps will eventually start to wear off. This is normal with daily use and is not considered a defect - this is just part of the unique patina that your item will develop over time.
